Sorry for the long absence from this blog, life and work has got between us.
But I'm excited to be working on a new talk that I will give at TedXDirigo on Saturday, September 10, 2011. TED has been getting a little shit these days. Some have said that TED takes thinkers and turns them into performing monkeys. Others, Richard Saul Wurman (co-founder of TED), said that TED was never about being a platform to sell anything, but now most TED talks are all about selling the idea of being "good." There's truth in all of that, but it's still TED and the room will be amazing and I'm looking forward to it all.
I'm reworking the whole Authenticity argument for this talk. It's more focused and direct than ever (thanks to Seth at Valico for his help). I'll be posting more on it before now and the event.
I'll also be overhauling this blog so check back for updates. Or, just go ahead and RSS this thing, already.
