The Ecohegemonic Intersection

What happens as a culture built on individualism, rife with hegemony, consumed with consumption and hell-bent on scale and abundance moves towards sustainability?  How do we watch culture change as it is changing?  How does this all impact language and communication and vice versa?

This blog is about an intersection.  It's not a big intersection, but it is an important one.  It's where Culture, Language and Sustainability meet.  It chronicles a series of lectures and writings on this intersection.
